Benedicta A.

Hi there, and welcome! I’m Benedicta, a Psychology graduate with a diverse background in translation and virtual assistance. I've supported businesses from the US, Australia, and beyond by combining clear communication with reliable behind-the-scenes support. 📝 Indonesian–English Translation with Insight I specialize in translating more than just words, psychological surveys, website UI, and business communication that require both precision and cultural understanding. My experience working with a U.S.-based HR consulting firm sharpened my ability to translate sensitive and technical material accurately and naturally in both languages. 🖥️ Virtual Assistance That Fits Your Workflow As a remote assistant, I’ve worked with international teams to manage schedules, coordinate with suppliers and clients, handle data entry, update platforms (like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, BambooHR. Thinkific, Xero, Formbay, and Pylon), and keep operations running smoothly. I adapt quickly to new tools and enjoy helping businesses stay organized and efficient. 🎓 Psychology Background, Detail-Oriented Mindset With academic training in statistics, psychometrics, and R-based data analysis, I bring precision, focus, and people-awareness into everything I do whether I’m translating or streamlining admin tasks. I'm here to support your project—professionally, calmly, and with a personal touch. Feel free to reach out—I’m always ready to help!
