Refactored core modules, reduced recurring production bugs, integrated payment processing, and restored operational stability. Strangler Fig Migration (MVC to React) Led incremental migration of a legacy MVC frontend into a modern React architecture using the Strangler Fig pattern. Enabled gradual feature replacement without disrupting production traffic, reducing risk while modernizing the stack. Azure IoT Backend (Safety Device Platform) Took over a partially completed backend and rebuilt critical architecture using Azure Functions and Azure IoT Hub. Implemented real-time device communication, event ingestion pipelines, and system stabilization. HealthTech / EdTech Platform Refactor Assumed full system ownership. Eliminated SQL injection vulnerabilities, hardened the platform against denial-of-service risks, restructured backend logic, and redesigned UI for mobile responsiveness. Enterprise Event Integration (Segment to Salesforce) Extended a C# system to emit structured event properties for Segment ingestion and Salesforce mapping, enabling accurate downstream analytics and CRM automation.
