Yester A.

I help businesses streamline supply chains, manage procurement, coordinate deliveries, and improve sales and customer service processes. With 15+ years of experience, I optimize workflows, reduce delays, improve communication with suppliers, and ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment. I am proficient in ERP/CRM systems (1C 8.1–8.3, SAP, Bitrix24), advanced Excel, and daily communication with international vendors. I also have hands-on experience with invoices, payments, reconciliations, cost calculations, financial documentation, and VAT/tax-related documents. While working with Fullflat LLC (Dubai), I managed supply, delivery, and installation processes, coordinated with IKEA, Amazon, EROS, and local vendors, and handled documentation, delivery notes, supervisors, and customer communication. Additionally, I manage product listings and marketing campaigns as a seller on the Wildberries platform. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia, further developing my knowledge of business management, strategic decision-making, and organizational processes. If you're looking for someone detail-oriented, fast, and reliable, I can help organize, coordinate, and optimize your operations for smoother performance and greater efficiency.
