Sheeza S.

Hello, My name is Sheeza Shafqat. I'm a Software Engineer with 8+ years in the software industry, specializing in technical documentation, quality assurance, and data accuracy. My engineering background gives me a precise, structured approach to work that many writers and data specialists don't have. I don't just write or organize information; I understand the systems and processes behind it. My Core Strengths: Technical Documentation: Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Specifications (SDS), user manuals, and research documentation for R&D and institutional projects. Quality Assurance: Manual and automated testing, functional testing, and error-catching discipline carried over directly into data validation, cleanup, and accuracy checks. Document Formatting & Conversion: Converting raw, scanned, or unstructured material into clean, organized Word and Excel files with consistent formatting. Client-facing Reliability: Years of self-employed, deadline-driven project work, managing priorities independently without compromising quality. I bring an engineer's attention to detail to every project, whether that's a technical manual, a data cleanup task, or client documentation. I take confidentiality seriously, and I'm happy to share writing/documentation samples on request.
