I run sales and growth end to end, coordinating the pipeline, building the automation behind it, and shaping the brand it sits inside. Less “growth hacker,” more the person who makes the machine run. For a kiwi exterior cleaning company, I built this whole AI-Native admin and sales system myself just recently. I self-hosted OpenClaw and set up separate AI agents for the CEO and the team. Each agent has its own access and limits. Staff use them on Telegram. They connect to ServiceM8, Trello, Google Drive and Sheets, and company mailboxes. They read and update jobs, draft emails and quotes, and send the MD a daily ops report. Nothing goes out without approval. Most admin work now runs on its own. I still run hosting, upgrades, and backups. So, what I've done so far: full funnel systems across 10+ early-stage SaaS brands. The whole stack, basically. Finding the right leads, reaching them across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit, setting up the workflows so it doesn't all fall apart in week two. Usually, the only person orchestrating the whole function. I move fast, run experiments, most of them fail, and those get documented too.
