I am a registered somatic movement therapist, creative coach, art therapist, and artist living in Hawaii. As a therapist I specialize in working with stress, depression and anxiety, high sensitivity, chronic illness, eating disorders, recovery from addictions, trauma, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions. As a creative coach I guide performers, writers, actors, and various other artists, individuals, and companies to uncover and shape their projects and live their creative dream. I am certified in various helping methods, including: -Somatic Movement Therapy -Expressive Arts/Art Therapy - Coaching -Family Constellations -Embodied Mindfulness Meditation -Eco-somatics and Wilderness Therapy As an artist and creative writer I have been working with individuals, magazines, and on book projects internationally in both, English and German language. Some of the themes I have been working with: therapy, health and mindfulness, art, architecture, travels and nature. An Austrian native currently based in the United States, I hold a Master’s degree from the Academy of Arts in Vienna, Austria and am a certified practitioner of the Tamalpa Institute, a globally recognized center for expressive arts therapy and education in California. Additionally, I am an Art Therapist in Austria. My work integrates embodied and creative healing methods, which I have facilitated in a wide range of settings—including educational institutions, clinical environments, and shelters. I have worked with diverse communities, including at-risk youth, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people navigating trauma. Having lived, studied, and worked across Europe, Southern Africa, North America, and Hawaii, I bring a deep cross-cultural sensitivity and a profound respect for diverse cultural traditions to my practice.
