Audi M.

I help SaaS, AI, and platform teams ship faster by turning complex systems into clear API documentation, integration guides, and UX copy. I bridge business goals and engineering details so both developers and end users always know what to do next. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve worked on digital products for companies like Pinterest, Telkom Indonesia, Toyota, Traveloka, and Bank Muamalat. My work covers API docs, technical documentation, UX writing, SEO content, and product ownership for web and mobile applications in high-traffic and highly regulated environments. Here’s how I can help your product: - Write developer-friendly API and integration docs (endpoints, parameters, request/response examples, auth, error handling). - Create product documentation: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes. - Craft UX copy for onboarding, dashboards, forms, and complex workflows so users don’t get stuck. - Build or improve your knowledge base / help center to reduce support tickets and onboarding time. My core skills: Technical Writing, API Documentation, Product Management, Agile/Scrum, UX Writing, Content Strategy, SEO Writing, and SQL. I’m used to collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders using tools like Figma, Notion, Confluence, GitHub, and analytics dashboards. If you need someone who can own the docs and understand the product context at the same time, I’d be happy to help. Send me a message with a short description of your product and what you need documented, and we’ll figure out the best way to work together.
