Are you an immigration attorney spending too much time on paperwork, client follow-ups, and translating documents instead of focusing on building strong cases? I can help you change that. As a specialized Bilingual Legal Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) with nearly 3 years of exclusive experience in US Immigration Law, I help law firms streamline their daily operations, ensure meticulous data entry, and provide compassionate, clear communication to the Latino immigrant community. How I can support your firm: Seamless Client Intake & Communication: Acting as the primary bridge between your firm and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel understood and guided throughout complex legal processes. Immigration Document Preparation: Assisting with the accurate preparation and review of essential forms, including I-131, I-765, VAWA petitions, and AOS (Adjustment of Status) applications. Case Management & Organization: Maintaining highly organized digital files, scheduling consultations, and managing strict deadlines using industry-standard software like Docketwise, CampLegal, and Monday. Translation & Administrative Support: Translating sensitive legal documents and managing daily inbox/calendar operations with the highest level of confidentiality. Why work with me? I am a Top Rated Plus freelancer with a 100% Job Success Score and over 4,700 hours logged on Upwork. My record speaks for my loyalty, precision, and ability to build long-term, successful relationships with the law firms I partner with.
