One of my most substantial automation projects was a large-scale n8n multi-agent system for a facility, processing approximately 15,000 customer records. The system used four specialized components: Orchestrator Data Fetcher Classifier / Task Writer Staff-facing AI assistant ("Pickle") It included live API integrations with Play by Point, RingCentral, and WhenIWork, Redis-backed state management, customer classification logic, and membership-retention tiers. I also delivered an Excel progress tracker alongside the technical system. I have also completed an n8n migration of approximately 29,939 records from Google Sheets to Airtable, using batching and batchGet logic to address memory and API rate-limit constraints. Another automation engagement involved Apify, Make dot com, and Canva Enterprise, including scraping workflows, automation logic, custom Make dot com formulas, and product-assortment research.
