Waseem S.

Hi, I’m Waseem. As a Technical Project Manager, I work at the intersection of technology, engineering, and project execution, helping teams turn technical requirements into well-structured and deliverable solutions. My work involves planning and coordinating projects, breaking requirements into actionable tasks, managing timelines and milestones, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. I work closely with developers, designers, and clients to maintain alignment across scope, priorities, and deliverables while identifying and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. I also bring an engineering background to project management, which helps me understand technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and communicate effectively with development teams. Alongside project execution, I have experience with product development, business requirements, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. My focus is on creating structure around complex projects, improving collaboration, and ensuring that technical work remains aligned with broader product and business objectives. My engineering background means I speak fluently with technical teams; my delivery record means clients don't have to. I care about process: clear scopes, documented decisions, measurable outcomes. Currently deepening this path with new opportunities!
