Developed and validated a novel scale measuring prejudice and negative attitudes toward the West, as part of doctoral research from item generation through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to peer-reviewed publication. 2. Designed and validated a multi-factor assessment of emotional competencies, delivered as a live dashboard with automated reporting, validated across four studies with over 2,000 participants. 3. Designed a dynamic leadership assessment for corporate and business use built in two versions, individual and team-level, each delivering immediate automated scoring, from construct definition through to a deployed, working tool. 4. Chief researcher on a large-scale study of research culture across UK universities, examining research culture across schools and disciplines and extended to include collaborators at the University of Glasgow.
