As an experienced beta reader, alpha reader and proofreader I have a great eye for detail and I can work effectively to help you correct plot holes or develop characters. As a brief introduction... Hi, I'm Alicia. A native English speaker from the UK with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. I have a passion for literature and I currently work as a freelance beta reader, alpha reader and proofreader. I have an excellent understanding of the English Language in all of its conventions and I can assist in reading and proofreading UK English, US English, Australian English or Canadian English. I'm an avid reader of all genres, I have previous experience beta reading a wide range of genres from romance novels to murder mysteries and everything in between. I will take the time to carefully read your writing and even if your novel isn't finished I can still help by offering suggestions on where I would see your plot developing. I don't shy away from offering honest feedback. I want your writing to succeed and so I will provide a comprehensive report which will include notes on plot, characters and setting.
