Courtney E.

I am a millenial storyteller with a decade of experience helping brands and publications use empathy-driven narratives to contribute to their business thriving. Lifestyle journalist turned content marketer and copywriter over the last few years, then stepped into UGC a couple years ago. I've been published thousands of time in travel and lifestyle magazines, content marketing blogs, news stories, digital features, guides, manuals, eBooks, and whitepapers. A real word nerd. For journalism, I have written for Huff Post, Global News, Atlas Obscura, Pop Sugar, Mtl Blog, Explore Mag, Canadian Traveller, Ottawa Business Journal, Arctic Focus, This Mag, Herizons, Shameless Mag, and more. For SEO content and copywriting, I have written for Ownr, Womens Enterprise Orgs of Canada, RVO Health, spas, online schools, tourism departments, real estate agencies, marketing agencies, health clinics, non-profits, and government. For UGC, I have created content for Destination Ontario, Quebec City Tourism, Ford, LaRoche Posay, Trans Canada Trail, Culinary Tourism Alliance, Vichy, Ole Henriksen, as well as home, crafts, skincare, and food brands. I'm high work ethic, high empathy and high strategy. I think holistically and zoom in and out from big picture to fine details quickly and easily. I'm an ideas girl who loves data, and I love a good storycrafting.
