Gini J.

👋 Välkommen! I’m a business operations and project support professional with a background in HR, administration, client coordination, and structured delivery. I’ve worked in both employed and freelance roles, including leading client engagements and supporting teams of up to 130 contractors. On Upwork, I support businesses with operational and administrative tasks, data annotation (including ITN tagging and data labelling), Swedish translation, CV editing, and general project coordination. I’m comfortable working with detail-heavy tasks, improving structure, and making sure things get done properly and on time. Originally from Sweden and currently based in Mauritius, the sunshine is great, but I still enjoy quality screen time and take real pride in delivering reliable, well-organised work. How I can help: -Swedish ↔ English translation -Data annotation, labelling, and cleaning -Administrative & operational support -Research & analysis (market, content, contacts, surveys) -Project coordination -HR operations, recruitment & workforce planning -CV editing and document formatting -Or anything I haven’t listed but you actually need- I’m flexible and happy to help where I can. What do you get out of it? A proactive, detail-oriented freelancer who gets things done, thrives on structure, and genuinely cares about delivering quality work. Thanks for coming here! I’m just a message away from helping you with your next project!
