What I usually help with: - Sign-in, MFA and Conditional Access problems (Entra ID, Okta) - AD cleanup, hybrid sync, DC and DNS issues - Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online setup, mail flow and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) - Slow or broken SQL Server databases, SSRS reports, and getting data out of old systems - PowerShell (and some Python) scripts so the same task stops getting done by hand US Eastern, evenings 5 PM to midnight, so I can often get on a screen share the same day.
