I believe in making a difference in people's lives by delivering quality products and services, developing sustainable partnerships and innovative solutions. With a degree in Materials Engineering and post-graduation in Business Strategy and Management, I worked for 8 years in the automotive market with Quality and Development, 2 and a half years managing the quality beverage packaging industry and currently managing the quality in the industrial automation market. I had a previous experience for 1 year in a chemical industry as a Black Belt for Lean Six Sigma projects and Scrum Master for Agile projects. I consider myself hands-on and developed an accurate sense for customer experience and their needs through leading projects with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. My goal is to keep developing my career in Quality and Development, focusing in Customer Experience and delivering innovative and sustainable products.
