DTC Growth Marketer | Meta Ads, Shopify CRO, Klaviyo Lifecycle

Meta ads, CRO and email for DTC brands on Shopify. I run all three for a jewelry brand with 300K+ customers, on seven-figure annual Meta budgets. In Q4 2025 I scaled spend and CPA still went from $58 to $51. In H1 2026 the brief changed to profit, and blended MER went from 1.8 to 2.4. Meta ads Meta is my main channel, and I run it for a second DTC brand too, a home decor store, on an hourly contract here. In October 2025 I moved every campaign to Meta's incremental attribution, so the numbers here are on that basis. Q4 was a scaling quarter, and ROAS went from 1.21 to 1.53. In H1 2026 I pulled spend down on purpose. I test angles. Each one gets several hooks and a stop rule set before launch, and I pick winners on CPA and revenue. Two angles each passed six figures in spend. The best, the founder on camera with a bundle offer, ran at a $44 CPA. I also read Meta against Shopify orders by country and cut the markets that failed. On the home decor account, my audit found Meta claiming 2.4x the orders Shopify recorded. After I rebuilt the structure there, the new campaign ran at $46 per purchase against $73 on the old one, in the same week. Creative runs on AI tools: static, video and UGC. Turnaround went from about 4 weeks to 1-3 days, and output from 3-6 concepts a month to 3-6 a week. I also rebuilt a dead Google Ads account, with Shopping and Merchant Center, and cut spend about 50% while holding efficiency. CRO on Shopify I test PDPs, landing pages, cart and post-purchase offers, and I ship the theme and Rebuy changes in code myself with Claude Code, so a test goes live the week I design it. The Rebuy offers took AOV from $52 to $65. Sizing was the top complaint across 7,635 reviews, so we rebuilt the product page around a size guide with a designer, and it now opens on size M, which most buyers take. For peak season I added stock labels and ran pre-orders end to end, code and operations, so customers could still order sold-out sizes. Over that period, store conversion went from 1.28% to 1.48% and checkout completion from 35% to 38%. Those are store-wide numbers. The tests and the code were mine. Email and SMS (Klaviyo + Postscript) I took over lifecycle in 2026 and grew the email program 28% year over year. Email now brings about a third of store revenue. I rebuilt welcome, post-purchase, abandonment and winback from the triggers up. Flow revenue rose 20% and retention flows 95%. The popup runs three offers as an A/B test, and each segment enters its own welcome path. Buy two get one free won. Welcome volume rose 12% against the old flow, and campaign reach grew 41%. Campaign revenue grew 39% on 21% more sends. Content sends earned the least per recipient, so I cut them from 26 to 19 and moved the slots into promo and product launches. Unsubscribes fell 40% from Q1 to Q2 while I was sending more, and repeat-customer rate went from 25% to 35%. Across 46 A/B tests, the median revenue gap between winner and loser was 30%. Open rate moved 0.5%. So I pick winners on revenue per recipient. Who I work best with DTC brands on Shopify that already have traffic and sales and want one person to own a channel. I have run accounts from about $150 a day to $10-15K a day at peak. My experience is in accessories, jewelry and home decor. How I work I ask for access and read the data first. Then I come back with what I would change and why. US Pacific time, clear written English. Weekly reporting is automated from Shopify and the Klaviyo API, built with AI and checked by me. Every channel is tracked against benchmarks, and each report ends with a decision. I do the work myself, so the person you talk to is the person in your account. When peak season needs more volume, I bring in help: in Q4 I hired two video editors, picked the angles and hooks, wrote the briefs and supplied the assets. They assembled 8-10 new video ads a week. Tell me what is underperforming and I will tell you whether I can move it.
