Angelica P.

I am a Project Manager with 6+ years of experience managing complex, fast-paced international projects and localization programs. I have managed end-to-end localization programs for major global brands across retail, social media, and flexible-workspace sectors, including IKEA, covering 50+ languages and markets. My experience spans project intake, scoping, planning, resourcing, execution, quality control, localization testing, budget and timeline management, risk management, and final delivery. A key part of my role has been building strong relationships with clients, vendors, linguists, and cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones. I am experienced in clarifying complex or evolving client needs, translating business objectives into practical project solutions, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. I also bring a portfolio-level perspective, with experience in reporting, process improvement, workflow optimization, documentation, and implementing lightweight ways of working that improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency. I have worked with tools including Jira, Smartling, XTM, Power BI, ShareFile, CAT/TMS environments, and Microsoft Office, and I have experience with localization QA, translation memories, terminology management, MT evaluation, and multilingual website and app testing. I am currently preparing for my PMP certification and plan to take the exam by the end of this year.
