I'm a Marketing Manager at a staffing company in Vietnam. My team runs the paid ads and the TikTok, Facebook, Zalo and landing-page channels that feed two recruiting teams, plus the CRM and automations that turn a form fill into a phone call. CRM and pipelines (GoHighLevel and others) Pipelines and stages, custom fields and custom objects, lead source and UTM tracking, tags, deduplication, and CSV migrations from spreadsheets or another CRM. Funnels, forms and landing pages Multi-step forms and surveys, landing pages, order forms with order bumps and hidden UTM fields, built in GoHighLevel, WordPress or Wix. Automation Speed-to-lead workflows (text, email and a call task within seconds), follow-up sequences that stop on reply or booking, appointment reminders and no-show rebooking, SMS consent and opt-out handling, referral programs, and Google Sheets / Apps Script automation between forms, CRM and reports. AI chatbots and agents Chat agents that answer only from an approved knowledge base, save missing details to the contact record, follow stop rules and offer a call with a person when the answer is not in the knowledge base. Tracking and reporting Conversion tracking from ad click to landing page to CRM, TikTok and Facebook channel operations, and dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI that show cost and conversion by source and stage. RESULTS FROM MY CURRENT ROLE (2026) - TikTok and Facebook are the source of 84% of the workers placed by the recruiting teams I support - Application-to-hire rate rose from 35% to 44.5% within three months - Lead source recorded on 99.7% of applications, feeding a dashboard that updates daily - Video completion rate up more than 5 points quarter on quarter - Paid ads moved from an agency to the in-house team - Five separate recruitment data sources merged into one deduplicated master dataset My portfolio shows a complete GoHighLevel system I built for staffing agencies: pipelines for applicants and business clients, 29 workflows, funnels, a Job Orders custom object, e-sign agreements, an AI chat agent and a referral program. EARLIER DATA WORK - FMCG sales analytics in Power BI on a very large sales table, including must-stock-list tracking - Weekly demand forecasting models - Finance performance reporting with YTD, YoY and MoM views VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE AND AI DATA Native Vietnamese speaker, working in English every day.
