APP & WEBSITE TESTING • Test navigation, forms, onboarding, and key user flows. • Identify confusing steps, usability problems, and functional issues. • Document findings with clear descriptions and screenshots when appropriate. • Provide honest feedback based on actual use, including testing over several days. DATA ENTRY, COLLECTION & RESEARCH • Collect and organize information from approved sources. • Enter, clean, and validate spreadsheet data. • Convert handwritten or scanned content into editable documents. • Conduct online research and check results for accuracy. I currently work with Deepgram on AI transcription and labeling. My other experience includes Persian transcription and segmentation with Appen, AI response evaluation through Outlier, and transcription work with Alignerr. I’ve also completed mobile app, website, and product usability evaluations through Upwork.
