My stack is Claude API as the reasoning layer, Python for orchestration, Postgres on Railway for state, and the SaaS tools the business already uses for integration (Gmail, Slack, Sheets, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot). I don't build with LangChain, CrewAI, or the heavy agent frameworks. They add architectural complexity that doesn't pay off for the size of business most of my clients are running.
