Boris Marcelo Ore is a dynamic and compassionate professional with a long journey through his medical education, teaching, technical localization & management career. With a background rooted in Medicine, Boris earned his medical degree from the University of Guanajuato where he graduated with honors and further enriched his skills with Diplomas in Hospitals & Healthcare Centers Management, Teaching, Project Management and Intellectual Property. His English Language proficiency is certified by EF SET as C2 Proficient - 75. His TOEFL iTP score was 613. He has been practicing medicine as a GP physician since 2012 following one simple, yet powerful empathetic motto: The patient always has the final decision over his/her own health matters. His experience in healthcare management, both in the public and private sectors as well as leading ISO 9001:2015-based quality initiatives, and as a patient-centered Independent Medical Tourism facilitator, demonstrates his dedication to elevating patient care standards, through reengineering workflows, establishing SOPs and automating processes. He has also provided invaluable services as an attending physician during the Covid-19 pandemic, displaying resilience and expertise as an attending physician.
