Technical Writer, Data Entry Specialist, Instructional Design

I am seeking opportunities to utilize my writing skills for technical documents, instructional materials, user guides and web content. I am an extensive internet user, a former college instructor and freelance trainer. I've been an active freelancer here at Upwork since 2015. I've worked as a Data Entry Specialist for a financial research platform where my task later evolved into Data and Team Management. I've done data entry/verification, research, training and content creation in this job role. It was an amazing learning experience and what made this an extra adventure was the fact that the financial industry used to be alien to me. By profession, I am an Electronics Engineer thus my quick common sense is for legacy and modern technology. I found my passion in teaching and I pursued a career in product and softskills training. Needless to say, all of these required a lot of spoken and written business English. I'm here at Upwork to take these skills to different heights.
