I started working as a freelancer in 2012 while studying at university and since then I have been working on various projects remotely, all thanks to Allah. I worked as Technical Support Agent for Microsoft Outlook mobile app (Android/iOS) over 9 years. During this time as a side job, I also had chance to work as Customer Support Representative for an electronics company (Realme) which allowed me to gain experience in email and call support. Previously, I worked as Call Center Operator for a video identification platform where I did thousands of video calls as KYC / KYB / AML steps for different clients nearly for 1.5 years. And currently I am working as Customer Service Associate for Amazon, which is my first e-commerce experience where I deal with customer refunds, order related questions etc. over phone calls, chat messages and emails. Mobile app translation, translation of software (UI), mobile app testing, voice recordings for AI projects, data collection, data entry, virtual assistance and online research were some other small jobs I completed through Upwork which you can check from my profile as well.
