I encourage my prospective clients to contact me with the project specs to get a specific quote for the project in question. I am also OK with working on "per hour" basis. In this case, my hourly rate starts from $15 and might go as high as $30 per hour - again depending on the project. *PAYMENTS AND MILESTONES I usually prefer to receive the payment in full after the delivery. However, for bigger projects (like 20K+) or for longer-term projects that would continue more than a month, I can also consider working on milestones.
