Piniel H.

Technical delivery lead and engineering manager with 12+ years of experience overseeing multi-team web engineering projects from inception through to production and ongoing operations. Throughout my tenure at IBC Digital Australia, I have served as a cross-functional coordinator between clients, project managers, and engineering teams - managing project lifecycles, making infrastructure and platform decisions, and ensuring the reliable performance of 75+ live production websites. I bring a principled, data-informed approach to delivery management, a track record of stakeholder alignment across technical and business domains, and an active interest in leveraging AI tools to amplify team productivity and reduce operational toil.
