We are in the fast changing world with too much information and also face complexity everyday. With my 6 years of work experience in the international education field, I have been creating space for students and education professionals to explore unknowns to experience personal and organisational transformation through facilitating conversations. Furthermore, I believe that we can all have an open mind by developing and evoking our curiosity. I an passionate with creating virtual space, online education, workshops or events are not a substitute for on-site ones, it is more inclusive and extensive way to let more people explore themselves and create their learning experiences in communities, organisations, or schools. My latest position was as a Project Manager at the world top 300 universities in Taiwan, and specialized in marketing, operations, collaboration development, international academic cooperation, and work with international talents.
