Since graduation in 2009 I worked at small and medium sized enterprises and some years in shared service centers (SSC). Skills and knowledge for being a successful virtual assistant are already at hand, in recent years I helped clients of varying fields via Upwork. I find my passion in recruitment. I graduated as an economist specialized in public relations. I have had the honor to be a scholarship student in the People's Republic of China. 2018 I finished a course in human resources management in Germany, Hanover. I recognized how much I am fond of recruitment, employer branding and organizational development. During the group workshops I used my creativity, presentation skills and leadership skills to impress the audience and the teacher. Meanwhile I improved my German language skills. As a recruiter I contact directly people with the right skill set, I gladly initiate conversations with 'passive candidates' on LinkedIn. I look forward to reaching a win-win relationship with my virtual clients. I have read many books; let me highlight one from Stephen R. Covey: 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People'. Everyone is supposed to read it. It gives a guidance in life which helps a lot.
