If your business is growing faster than your systems can keep up, or you need a trusted right hand who can think strategically and execute operationally, that's where I come in. I'm a Chief of Staff and Operations Leader with 10+ years of experience supporting CEOs, founders, and Boards of Directors across the US and internationally. I've worked across nonprofits, tech, and multi-entity holding companies - always remotely, always at a senior level. What I actually do to save your time: - Take complexity off your plate and turn it into clarity - Build the systems, processes, and accountability structures your team needs to scale - Act as your strategic thought partner, not just a task manager - Keep everything moving while you focus on the work only you can do My clients have described me as someone who "hits the ground running," "makes sure nothing falls through the cracks," and brings "both strategic thinking and flawless execution to every project." I've helped secure millions in grant funding, guided organizations through leadership transitions, and supported executives across portfolios of 5+ businesses simultaneously. 100% Job Success Score · Top Rated Plus · $300K+ earned · 7+ year client relationships I work best on ongoing retainer engagements - part-time or full-time - where I can go deep with one leadership team and deliver real impact over time. If that sounds like what you need, let's talk.
