I graduated with an MA in Teaching English as a native and foreign language and after that I spent 11 years in the UK, also obtaining there a degree in Tourism Management. In the previous 10 years, prior to Covid, I had worked in the Tourism Industry as a Customer Relations employee and later - Customer Relations Manager.
