Joe P.
Expert App Architect for .NET, eLearning, Section 508, WCAG 2.0, A11y
I have been an Application Architect in .NET projects and e-Learning development for over 10 years and a developer for 25 years. I am highly proficient at design and implementation of web applications in the ASP.NET MVC framework, WebForms and AngularJS with WebAPI. I also have built many e-Learning Training Solutions in Lectora for the web. I have extensive expertise and experience in Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 Accessibility web development and remediation, with custom solutions for web development and e-Learning. My ideal client would be someone looking for a professional person with extensive .NET or Lectora development experience but does not want to hire a full time employee. Ideal situations for me would include building a trusted relationship on a long term for systems that require maintenance or additional enhancements on a steady stream of part time work. I looking forward to hearing from you.
