My name is Anne Micah, and I have 4 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central. I have hands-on experience in account management, catalog management, troubleshooting, listing reinstatement, coupons, deals, discounts, bulk uploads, feed files, account health management, Brand Registry, and other Amazon-related operations. In my previous role as an Associate Account Manager, I supported Brand Managers in handling daily Amazon tasks and resolving account and listing issues. I was also appointed as the second-in-command in our department, where I assisted my supervisor in managing workloads, monitoring tasks, and helping ensure that our team’s responsibilities were completed properly and on time. I would describe myself as flexible, reliable, and always ready to help. I enjoy taking on challenges, especially when it comes to fixing problems, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions that help improve account performance. My main motivation is seeing the growth of the brands I manage in Seller Central and making sure that I meet the standards and expectations of the clients.
