Most production bugs aren’t caused by bad developers; they happen because QA lacks ownership. I help startups fix that. I’m a Senior QA Lead with 10+ years of experience, working with global SaaS and web product teams. I’ve led QA in fast-paced environments, built QA processes from scratch, and consistently helped teams reduce production bugs and release with confidence. How I work • I personally define QA strategy, test coverage, and release readiness criteria • I review all critical bugs, test results, and risk areas before delivery • Test execution may be supported by QA engineers from my team, under my supervision • You always have one point of contact and full accountability: me Clients usually hire me to: ✔ Set up QA processes from scratch for new or growing products ✔ Own functional, regression, and release testing end-to-end ✔ Act as a long-term QA partner, not just a task-based tester ✔ Reduce bug leakage and last-minute release surprises ✔ Improve collaboration between product, development, and QA Technical coverage • Manual, exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing • API testing (Postman) • Automation support (Cypress; Playwright coverage via supervised team support when needed) • Agile / Scrum environments If you’re looking for QA ownership, consistency, and clear communication, rather than ad-hoc testing, let’s talk.
