In this experience, I led the redesign of the information architecture of a banking app in Saudi Arabia, resulting in a 16% increase in average task success score in a tree test with 100 users, and launched to over 4M users. I also worked on improving some main pages and user flows together with UI redesign. User experience score of these revisions ranked highest (93%) across 3 other banks in an unmoderated competitive usability test. Before this experience, I worked in the top UX design agency of Türkiye (SHERPA) for 2 years. During this period, I worked in UX Writer and UX Designer positions. In this experience, I redesigned navigation and information architecture of cryptocurrency exchange web and mobile apps, launched to over 5M users, and supported quality assurance teams ahead of the new release. I designed three new features analysing business requirements, quantitative and qualitative research data, in close collaboration with researchers, product owners, product managers, and software engineers. I reduced hand-off and implementation errors by at least 10% by creating and applying a UI flow delivery process for development and QA teams. I contributed to DesignOps collaboration initiatives that improved team meeting efficiency by at least 10%.
