I've worked in marketing for 15 years now (oh my), which is how I got the knack for operations on the side. After all, marketing needs processes to work, so I enjoy putting my Director of Operations hat on to solve specific problems for clients. I take those same puzzle-solving skills to the brands I build, because at the end of the day, building a brand requires following clear brand guidelines with repeatable, frictionless processes.
