I am a specialist in Buildium account and property setup, bookkeeping entries, and monthly bank and expense accounting. My experiences in different bookkeeping environments, especially in real estate, student housing and non-profit organizations have given me valuable experience with accounting and bookkeeping software. I enjoy making and keeping an organized business ledger, allowing managers to clearly understand their business. Much of my work has been with monthly bank reconciliations, vendor invoices and monthly bill payments. Being familiar with Buildium has prepared me to serve in property management companies and rental owners who need to outsource their books with professional help, as well as optimize their rental operations by helping them take advantage of all the tools and features that Buildium has to offer.
