I tested every feature before documenting it. - My Car Importer (customer portal and staff ERP): help center, staff knowledge base, onboarding emails and 35 training videos. - Afreximbank: documented 70+ system integrations (APIs, middleware, Kafka, SFTP) in Confluence for engineers and business teams. - Access Bank: founded and led the bank's Technical Writing unit, and wrote its style guide, templates and user manuals. HOW I WORK - I use your product before I write about it, and I flag bugs and UX issues as I find them. - I interview your engineers, product managers and support team, so the docs answer the questions customers actually ask. - I write in plain English (native speaker) and follow your style guide, or build one with you. - I keep docs versioned and easy to update as your product ships.
