Eldar G.

I am a proficient, highly competent software developer with over 10 years’ experience. I want to put those years of knowledge and experience to good use and work or you! During my IT career I’ve written software for oil & gas industry, education sector and scientific research field. Each of these jobs I regard as a rewarding experience and a chance for me to grow intellectually, professionally and personally. Now I want to broaden my horizons and explore some other job opportunities. In my current employment as a Team Lead I manage and mentor junior developers, hire software developers and external contractors, create coding standards and perform code review. For effective software project management, I’ve implemented Kanban agile technique and increased velocity and predictability. I currently spend 50% of my time developing desktop applications for large oil & gas company using C++, JavaScript and Delphi. I hold a degree in Computer Science and am fluent in English. I absolutely love building software of all types and have an endless thirst for knowledge. Please contact me if you are looking for a determined, effective and open-minded developer to cope up with all the tasks efficiently and on time.
