Hi there. My name is Angelica Gonzalez, I'm a Political Scientist, Statistics student from the Universidad de los Andes, VE, and a Junior Email Marketing Expert experienced in the technical area of Email Service Providers (ESP), which encompasses the ESP setup (e-commerce integration with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce), as well other apps (subscriptions payments platforms, such as Recharge; loyalty programs like Smile.io). Other areas of expertise include email authentication such as SPF-DKIM-DMARC, flow/automation setup (transactional emails), email marketing campaign creation, A/B testing, segmentation, signup form creation, and email deliverability on different platforms such as Klaviyo, SendGrid, and Privy. What I like the most about this area is the mix of technical mindset and data analysis required (which I'm strengthening with the statistics career), and about understanding code for adding the snippet codes needed for some emails and the possibility of teamwork, as this role requires a deep connection with the entire team and a thorough communication. This is an area where you learn something every day, where you use your creativity to solve problems, do a lot of internet research to check the limitations of each possible solution, and that really motivates me.
