Having primarily held customer-service oriented jobs with two and a half years of experience, I have had the chance to develop my skills in understanding and addressing customer needs in an effective manner. More so, living in the United Kingdom and deliberately exposing myself to a native English-speaking work environment have helped me further my proficiency in both oral and written English to the levels required in a professional setting. Working under the pressure of imposed deadlines expanded my ability to focus on multiple tasks at once and to successfully complete them before due.
