Diane W.

Experienced editor/proofreader for authors, students, and researchers. I specialize in academic work; however, I also work with professional businesses, novelists, and authors of nonfiction books. With dissertations, journal articles, and book chapters, I have a solid history of helping clients navigate the world of APA, CMOS, MLA, and more. I’ve edited work for authors affiliated with Harvard, Yale, Cambridge, Columbia, Texas A&M, and other international institutions. My process is straightforward, thorough, and supportive. I offer: - Track changes with helpful comments - Grammar and style checks across multiple tools - Citation refinement (APA, CMOS, MLA, Harvard, Vancouver, GPO) - Second-round edits when needed - Transparent pricing with no hidden fees - No rush jobs unless previously discussed (premium pricing applies) I hold an MA in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and am a proud member of the Editorial Freelancers Association. Whether you're preparing work for peer review, graduation, or publication, I bring precision and care to every project—and a good dose of clarity and encouragement along the way.
