Evgenij I.

Senior editorial design, multilingual DTP, and document production specialist. 15+ years in the field, 8 years on Upwork - Top Rated Plus, 100% Job Success, 415+ projects delivered. I produce translation-ready and publication-ready documents in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - for language service providers, publishers, institutions, and B2B clients who need clean, accurate, multilingual files. What I do most: - Editorial & report design in Adobe InDesign - annual reports, country briefs, manuals, and 200+ page publications, taken from raw manuscript to print- and web-ready files. - Multilingual DTP - books, reports, catalogs, academic and corporate publications. Full RTL and CJK script support, language-specific typographic rules. - Microsoft Word document production - long-form reports, branded templates, structured documents with styles, table of contents, cross-references, and translation-ready files for LSP workflows. - PowerPoint presentations and master templates - corporate decks, brand-aligned master templates, redesigns from raw content. - PDF → editable conversion (OCR with manual rebuild) as pre- or post-translation file prep, where the output must visually match the source. - Book & eBook production - interior design, typesetting, and validated EPUB files accepted first-pass by Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble, and Lulu. - Excel templates and formatted spreadsheets when structure and clarity matter more than calculation logic. Why clients return: - I rebuild documents - I don't auto-convert them. - 50+ languages handled, with script-specific typographic rules. - Workflow kept current with evolving technology - faster turnaround, verified output. - Confidential by default. NDA on request. - Predictable delivery: I quote what I can hold to. Editorial design clients include the World Health Organization (43 country briefs, ongoing) and TASAI (200+ page annual reports). Long-term LSP contracts include Morningside (US), Net-Translators (Israel), and a multi-year engagement on Mitsubishi Heavy Industries documentation through a translation partner. I run e-Doc Ltd, a Ukraine-registered agency focused on multilingual document production. For larger volumes, I bring in selected DTP specialists from my network. Send a brief or a sample file - I'll respond with a clear quote and timeline within one business day.
