I have over 15 years experience in customer-oriented service operations which involves email support, help desk and social customer support. I'm a hard worker who always do my best to meet and exceed my customers expectations. Fluent in English and beginners Spanish with the ability to write memo, reports and letters I have a Bachelors degree in Tourism Management and an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Entertainment and Tourism Management. I'm currently pursing a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management.
