Glen Bernie F.

I'm a native Indonesian with almost 20 years' worth of experience as English to Indonesian (and vice versa) translator and proofreader. As part of my translation services, I also accompany and provide expatriates from various countries with interpreting services in business meetings and workshops. At the moment I'm also in charge of a modest home office with reasonable staffing which involves day-to-day man management and other necessary operations such as scheduling, tasks assignment, correspondence and other administrative works. As such, I can confidently say that I'm reasonably proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. For the past 5 years or so I've also been dealing with a number of guests and tenants in my personal apartment renting business with the aim of providing hospitality excellence and pleasant experience during their stay. One of my educational background studies also helped me to develop good communication and build good relationship with people from different ages, backgrounds and walks of life, thus enabling me to apply strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor in my daily activities. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring my extensive experience to any Company out there looking specifically for professional, experienced translator/proofreader or any other roles requiring professional English language in their operations.
