Before I was born, my mum was told: “You’ll never get a boy into reading”. Well, never one to be told what to do, she went a step further. She got a boy into writing. Fast forward a few chapters and I’ve seen my work screened at international festivals, win awards, reach the top of bestseller lists and even spawn a fan fiction community. I’m now looking for new challenges that will help me carry this success into the next chapter of my career. As a commissioned screenwriter and senior writer with almost a decade of experience across film, audio drama, games, digital content and copywriting, I help companies bring compelling stories to life. From adapting novels for screen and writing branching dialogue for games, to developing resonant brand personas and crafting scroll-stopping or SEO-optimised content, I bring a wealth of senior experience to any creative project. I'm equally comfortable creating brand and narrative content because I'm obsessed with one thing: audience. The most satisfying part of my job is getting to know who I’m speaking to and tailoring content that I know will make them gasp, laugh, cry, click, or share. The second most satisfying part is collaboration. Whether leading a project end to end or working in a wider team, watching an idea spark through a group and grow into its best self is magic.
