I work in IT business for a 18 years now, and I am specialist for access control systems and Recording of working hours software. For last 8 years I work as VoIP administrator in my company and I help to our client in creating, starting and managing VoIP systems in their companies. I have good experience in MS Access and MS SQL databases and know how to create various queries as needed. Also i have some experience in creating and administering wireless systems both non professional and professional environment. I worked in Service dept in my company so I have experience in PC hardware and software and windows operating systems. I am speaking English fluently, and can do general and technical translation from English to Serbian (or Croatian and Bosnian) and vice versa. Have major experience in converting pdf files to MS word and excel. I am also good typist and could do good transcription from video or audio. I believe I am good in web research because I have done couple of this researches for my company especially in getting peoples contacts and e-mails from the web for purposes of organizing events for our clients. I already have some jobs completed here on Upwork with focus on data research and data mining on internet. (jobs shown in my portfolio) Also I have some minor experience in PACS and work on some PACS servers and connecting PACS machines with various databases.
