Viviana C.

Hi! I'm Viviana, a bilingual (Spanish and English) virtual assistant with a background in counseling psychology, which means I offer more than just admin help. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including therapists, educators, and entrepreneurs across various industries. Whether I’m making sure your translated materials sound natural and hit the right note, or handling the "back-office" essentials (like managing your schedule, updating your progress notes or keeping your databases organized), I’ve got you covered. My goal is to always support my clients, whether they want to optimize their work, or work on improving themselves. Give me the opportunity to work with you!
