I am an Argentine EN-ES Translator. I’ve known I wanted to be a translator since I was only 13 years old, and I’ve worked hard to pursue my goal. I love seeing how translation works its magic in making different people and cultures understand each other, share a moment, laugh together, get emotional together. When I graduated college, I was lucky to be able to live in the United States working as an Au Pair for over two years. There, I had the chance to use my linguistic skills and acquire new ones. I was taking care of a baby boy which meant I had to be very responsible, creative, and always ready to face new challenges. Being a teacher has also helped me gain new skills. I have learnt how to work as part of a team, to pay close attention to detail and to pay lots of attention to each person I was working with. As a translator, I am detail oriented, I am curious, I am focused. I enjoy researching and analyzing different options that will allow me to best translate what is said. I am passionate about things that I love and I spend my free time enjoying activities such as dancing, reading, watching movies, learning about musicals, and going to the theater.
