Simon D.

I help agencies and growing businesses increase revenue by aligning performance marketing, conversion-focused design, and scalable sales systems. Most companies don’t struggle because of traffic, they struggle because their positioning, visuals, funnel logic, and internal systems are misaligned. I identify growth bottlenecks and rebuild marketing structures that convert consistently. As Country Manager at Rocket Leads, I built and scale lead generation operations for our clients in Belgium and France from the ground up. By restructuring campaigns, funnel flows, messaging, and lead handling systems, we consistently reduced cost per lead by up to 50% and increased sales by approximately 20%. What differentiates my approach is that I don’t treat marketing design as decoration. I approach it strategically. I guide: • Conversion-focused creative direction for ads • Brand positioning aligned with revenue goals • Funnel structure and messaging architecture • Visual communication designed for performance • Marketing workflow and system restructuring I work across Dutch, French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese markets, allowing me to adapt positioning, messaging, and growth systems internationally. If you’re looking for someone who understands how marketing strategy, design direction, and sales systems must work together to generate measurable growth — we’ll work well together.
