I worked for 9 years at Maugan srl - Il Bussetto, a company specializing in small leather goods in Milan, Italy. My role encompassed the following responsibilities: Customer Service Provided customer support via phone, email, and social media (Facebook and Instagram) in English, as most customers were from outside Italy. This role also involved handling returns of previously purchased items through the online shop powered by Shopify.
